The rooftop deck was revamped, featuring a new clear glass balustrade that offers breathtaking views of the CBD.

The renovations were carefully planned, incorporating double-glazed quantum aluminum windows and doors for both their industrial aesthetic and soundproofing qualities.

The kitchen was redesigned to improve functionality and brightness, offering a smoother flow into the adjacent living areas.

To enhance the design, a curved wall was added to the new ground-floor entry, bringing an element of elegance and creating a separate cloakroom.

The client needed the ground floor to serve as a functional living space and home office with ample storage. To meet this need, we installed a custom-made wall bookcase and storage cupboards, and finished the concrete flooring with a polished look that delighted the clients.
