Post-War style homes were popular during the 1940s to 1960s, with the cream brick design being especially common in NSW from the 1950s to 1960s. These homes often had three or four front-facing walls, earning the nickname "triple fronted cream brick."
This particular example was similar to many others still found throughout NSW today, featuring outdated 1950s bathrooms and kitchens that were in need of renovation. By preserving the home's original exterior style, the property's value was enhanced, while modernizing the internal spaces greatly improved the home's overall livability and functionality.
